Seung-youn Oh is Faculty Director for Wharton's Global Immersion Program (GIP) Korea and Regional Director for the Lauder Institute's East and Southeast Asia Summer Programs. She is also an assistant professor of Political Science at Bryn Mawr College.

She will speak on the rise of Korea's soft power in comparison to other East Asian countries, then discuss her recent Lauder/GIP Korea visit in relation to this topic. Most of the event will be opened up as a Q&A where you can ask Seung-youn about global opportunities at Wharton, academic research on Asia, and more.
