KUBS Events
Known for its tight-knit community and depth of resources, KUBS consistently forms this through the various events held throughout the year: GBMs, PDSs, career treks, panels, pods socials alongside big-little pairings, and club-wide retreats.
General Body Meetings (GBMs) are times where the entire club can get together and spotlight committee members to update KUBS about accomplishments, projects, and future plans.
PROFESSIONAL
Professional Development Sessions (PDSs) offers unparalleled support in building members' skills and confidence to navigate the recruiting process step-by-step throughout the year.
Career treks, whether finance, buy-side or sell-side, or consulting based, help members network with professionals and learn more about the industries they are interested in. It also offers an amazing opportunity to network and gain mentorship from KUBS alumni.

Spearheaded as a new initiative in fall 2025, pod socials are a creative way to connect upperclassmen and underclassmen and different committee members in informal, fun settings to develop the close-knit community of KUBS.
KUBS also hosts a strong big-little pairing system where upperclassmen and underclassmen are paired together.
First year students have freshmen socials coordinated by the FREPs on KUBS Board.
Upperclassmen have opportunities to continue to meet other upperclassmen KUBS members over socials.
Retreats are an annual break for KUBS members to relax and have fun together, bridging upperclassmen and underclassmen together through fun games, good food, and quality time.
